I almost never have issues at this Location but this is the one time that I did ! No need to go into details Bc I’m 100% satisfied with the outcome !! Manager Sophie went above and beyond the call of duty even with a very busy inside and a drive thru wrapped around the building to accommodate and correct my order ! This was the worst food I have ever eaten from Captain D’s. We ordered the 10 piece family meal instead of fish we got home with mostly battered chicken strips. I tried to call back to speak with the manager to return it but the phone was never answered. They serve awful food and even more awful customer service. I would not recommend this place!!!!
