Like one of the comment I saw, I'm surprised Fu Kung has 3 stars. Valdez is a fairly small town with a couple of restaurants, we don't come here often, but eating in these restaurants always take us back to past memories. I got the chicken friend rice and sushi, (don't remember the name), and it was delicious!! Our waiter was absolutely nice and it was his first day so he was very attentive and caring. Currently in Valdez, Alaska on business. Went into Fu Kung for lunch, ordered their Pho beef for lunch. Broth noodles were delicious, the beef meatballs were only so so!
