I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian but Blue Sage is absolutely amazing. The food is consistently fresh, uniquely creative, and simply DELICIOUS. Vegetables can in fact be that good, and they are generous with the portions! Sometimes I want a steak and a cheeseburger, but for when I do not, a meal here is a refreshingly tasty switch up. The food was AMAZING!!! If I was solely rating the food it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with our pink man bun haired waiter. He had a horrible attitude. If he could have I think he would have thrown our food at us. The person who rung us up however was a dear and honestly the only reason I left a tip. Once again the food is fantastic! Definitely go for the food! View all feedback.
