What mama yamada doesn't like about Alpenhof Unterbaech:
Loud music playing late into the night. I didn't stay at this hotel, I was staying at a nearby hotel, but it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. When I went to tell the hotel staff that the music was too loud, the manager came out and was driven away with a half-smile. There is no consideration for guests of neighboring hotels.
