The line moves so slow because they are premaking plates (that barely anyone is taking. plus why premake plates at a restaurant which already has all the food pre prepared) while there are people right in front of them waiting for food. I left the line and placed a mobile order to save time, and was later notified by the app that the food was prepared and ready to be picked up. This was not the case, my order had not even been started, and not only that, several orders were still prepared before mine.
