This place has the absolutely best Cheesesteaks in San Antonio. No debate. I drove 26 minutes to come here and it was worth it. I ordered the 10 inch Philly Cheesesteak with Provolone. The roll was soft and fresh. The steak was perfectly seasoned and the cheese melted. I've got the combo that came up with Knitter frits that were deep-fried were perfect. Cool and quaint little place with plenty of Philly spoken. Gave it a try for the first time. FYI, I have been in the food biz for over 40years from Operation, distribution, regional manufacture.
