This restaurant is quite disappointing. There's a lot of drama among the staff, with some employees working hard while others just stand around looking confused. The managers are rarely on duty, except in the mornings, and only a few staff members seem to know how to prepare drinks and food correctly. It’s unfortunate to see this location neglecting its potential, especially since it’s in a new building. View all feedback.
Extremely unprofessional. Staff were running around behind the counter, kissing others and just overall unimpressed. Not to mention it took well over 10 minutes to get my drink. Will NOT be coming back.
The Unity Dunkin is a beautiful new store with nice group of employees. Prices are a little higher here then other Dunkins but the quality is high to match
The staff was fantastic and extremely accommodating for families with children. The restrooms were stunning and exceptionally clean.
Place is ridiculous Lots of co worker drama, some doing it all while others just stand there and look stupid. Never a manager around if its not the morning, only a few workers actually know how to make drinks and food right... this location is just goingdown hill and sad for a new building
