Extremely cute little bakery. Their Argentine cake is phenomenal and in my 32 years I have not had a better cake. Imagine a moist sponge with layers of dulce de leche, chopped walnuts, peaches, and merengue bits. What Dg Laurentino doesn't like about Argentina Bakery, Inc.:
The alfajor was incredibly tasty—moist and full of flavor. However, I was quite disappointed with the amount of Dulce de Leche. As an alfajor connoisseur who has sampled treats from various Argentine bakeries across the country, I found the alfajor-to-Dulce de Leche ratio to be lacking. If the cookie is going to be that thick, there should definitely be more Dulce de Leche. I would rate the alfajor a 6 out of 10. View all feedback.
