I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The woman who helped us spoke Spanish and seemed annoyed because the drink we received was incorrect, but instead of fixing the issue, she became upset. She used profanities in Spanish and even gave us the middle finger. To make matters worse, my 6-year-old son was in the car with us.
