Having lived all over the U.S. including in the Phoenix, AZ area I can honestly say El Loro in Chesapeake is one of the top 3 Mexican restaurants I've had the opportunity to enjoy! Their fresh table side guacamole is phenomenal, their margaritas are fantastic and their Carnitas is wonderful. Service was fast and friendly and the environment is very pleasant. View all feedback.
