After years of being a regular customer, now a days the products are not of good quality. Last day I bought some chocolate cup cakes for my daughter from Al Reem and I wonder how they are maintaining the hygiene and quality of the food products. I found a dead fly on one of the cup cakes. When reported this to the management, I didn't get any feedback from them yet. So very much dissapointed and never recommend this... View all feedback.
