Trust the Germans to have in every town several good bakeries, where you can sit down with good coffee and delicious cake or pastry. Arends in Uelsen is such a bakery. They offer a seating area inside and with clement weather also outside. Mostly this kind of konditorei scores an easy four point rating from me.
