Not sure who the guy was that helped me out but he gave off an owner/operator type of vibe like Sam from Cheers. Ordered on Dec 18th. Absolutely disgusting!! Every slice we bit into had long hairs in it, couldn't even finish. Also, began feeding this to our 4 yr old daughter before realizing the mistake!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Didn't help that it was also the 1 yr anniversary of my father in law's death... I normally love Imo's, but this was appalling. Do better!! View all feedback.
