The ice cream is delicious, but I noticed that they don't wash the scoops between servings. I have allergies to half of the flavors, and although I mentioned not wanting any ice cream with nuts, I failed to specify my allergy. Unfortunately, my mouth ended up swelling to twice its size. When I called to address the issue, they seemed indifferent and made it sound like it was all my fault, not theirs. How rude! View all feedback.
