Garlic shrimp is a dish that is very difficult to come in Chinese restaurants, but it is served here. They make it so hot and so fresh! The Chow mine has only noodles and not much cabbage as elsewhere, so it's a little different, but it's okay. fried rice, never steamed rice. for over two years we order from cwe. always good. always fast. (five stars. always. always get the (for premium surcharge fried rice w/entrees. steamed rice is starchy lumps. yesterday, $100 order, the roasted rice was only strong brown lumps. not good. we will order again here, but if the fried rice is still strong, we will have problems.
