Sorry but I do not like Chinese-managed japanese restaurants. Japan cuisine is a quality cuisine and for this reason it is usually quite expensive. When I order an expensive (35+€ mix of sushi and sashimi for two people I do NOT want in the mix a roll with only rice and cucumber worth probably 50cents!
