it's very unethical service, i order rasmalai (which not cold at all) and few samosas (which not hot at all) and few packets of lassi . you won't believe they don't provide cutleries , literally how can one eat food with any plate and any spoon, hotels and canteens are just for the embeince and showing it of but basic amenities as well it was so pathetic to see and when you will ask then they will charge extra money...
