Despite having lots of competition from the likes of El Bajon and Perro No Come Perro (two fantastic vegan taco spots in Tulum), I think Tapatía has stolen my heart. Everything is made in-house from seitan to the sauces to the tortillas. Whatever you order is absolutely loaded with flavor and toppings.
