What Andrew Coco dislikes about Arca:
Most of the food was good, but the service was not and the overall atmosphere is not great. Definitely not worth the price. This restaurant is overhyped and overpriced for what it is. For fine dining, there are better options around Tierra or Le Chique. View all feedback.
We had an unforgettable meal. We were surprised that our favorite item on the menu would be the broccolini! We actually ordered 2 orders and made it our mane dish because it was so good. Don't for get to order the sourdough bread to soak up the sauce. The ambiance is so special and service was excellent too. It is pricy but so is everything in Tulum. At least it is worth it. Five Stars!!
Everything was delicious though expensive. But I think prices are on par for every other major restaurant on that main strip
Dinner rezy for 2 7:30 on a Friday night, sat immediately, service was good and the food was amazing! We had the pumpkin seed dish, blue fin tuna crudo, suckling pig, broccolini and wagu beef. They were out of the crab tacos which was disappointing considering all the rave reviews about them. The wagu’ beef was our least favorite, a little under cooked and chewy for my liking, but hubby liked it. The way I understand it is this is the way wagu should be prepared so that’s really just a me problem. Very cool, chic vibe and they do good job keeping the mosquitos away. Overall great experience! Book it!
Incredible. Could not have had a better meal. Staff was gracious and thoughtful. Food was stellar.
Hartwood is better that provides better food, better service and better experience
