I have always enjoy KFC but the last 2 times have been a huge let down big time. It was just about 5:30pm about dinner time they were out of chicken it was going to be a 15minute wait no big deal. 15 minutes turned into 20 then 25 then 30 minutes 33 minutes I walked back into the restaurant they were just starting to bag my order. I was ordering 2 main menu items and wanted a drink w/ it. The girl at drive thru helped me make one a combo and ended up saving me money! I appreciated it and it made me want to come back. This was Tuesday sometime between 3:30-4:00.
Service was absolutely horrible, lady yelled woohoo, YOUR FOOD, YOUR FOOD . Place was disgusting, floor looked like it hadn 't been swept or mopped in weeks, literally. Tables dirty, seats dirty and I don 't need to mention bathrooms. There was about 6 or7 staff members there, not a sole in the lobby and still looked the way it did. Never will go back again.

I visited this restaurant drive-thru at 8 PM only to find they were out of bone-in chicken. I ended up ordering tenders and three sides and was told it would be ready in five minutes. However, after waiting 20 minutes, they finally brought my order out, and the entire bag was covered in gravy. They took it back inside to fix it, which took another 10 minutes. After a few days of reflecting on the experience and seeing a reply from the owner or management, I still have to ask: what are you doing to address these issues? I didn't even mention in my initial review that all my food was cold, and the chicken I was told would be fresh was drier than the Sahara Desert. Spending $40 of my hard-earned money here still frustrates me.
I ordered a 3-piece big box along with a side of fries. When I checked my order, I realized they didn’t include the two sides in the box; only the three pieces of chicken were there. The chicken pieces were the smallest I’ve ever seen. Additionally, the French fries were cold, and the large portion was only half full. To make matters worse, the doors to the dining area were locked, even though they claimed to be open. I will definitely not be returning!
