**Five Guys Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** Five Guys has garnered a reputation for tasty, customizable burgers and generous fry portions, yet recent visits reveal a troubling inconsistency in service and order accuracy. While many patrons rave about the fresh, quality ingredients and friendly staff, several have faced significant issues with incorrect orders and inadequate responses from management, particularly concerning refunds and order fulfillment. The atmosphere remains inviting, though temperature preferences vary. Despite a slight price increase, loyal fans maintain that the burgers are worth it. Overall, Five Guys continues to strike a chord with burger enthusiasts, albeit with some reservations.
Although the prices have increased since our last visit, the food remains just as fresh and delicious as it has always been.
The young men working behind the counter were polite and courteous. However, everything else about this experience was... Gross. For a single patty cheese burger with free toppings, a small fry, and regular drink it is over $17.00. This is the same ballpark of price I would expect from a restaurant... With waiters, Clean tables, Dry floors... Any of the things I did not see today.When an establishment has 5-6 people behind the counter and less than 5 tables being used, the dining area should be clean. The floors were sticky, the tables still had trash and crumbs on them, and the bucket to collect dripping water is not doing it's job. I don't blame the clearly teenage kids behind the counter. But I do question where management is. And if this is considered correct for your establishment... I'll take my $20 elsewhere.
Unfortunately prices have slightly gone up but the quality has remained the same. Great customer service, and made fresh to order food. Ive always felt that their meat tastes the way InOut used to taste. And don't just get the regular fries, get them Cajun seasoned, your taste buds will thank you. This location is no different from the rest, leaving full and satisfied. I highly recommend this this as my FF burger of choice.
Five Guys burgers are a bit on the expensive side, but they're incredibly delicious and made exactly to your specifications. The free peanuts keep you occupied while you wait for your order. My friends and I were surprisingly quiet after we got our food because it was just that good!
While prices have increased a bit, the quality hasn't changed. The customer service is excellent, and the food is made fresh to order. The flavor of the meat reminds me of how In-N-Out used to taste. Don't stick with just the regular fries—try the Cajun seasoning; your taste buds will appreciate it. This location is just like the others, leaving you feeling full and satisfied. I highly recommend this as my go-to fast-food burger place.
