The restaurant in question seems to have some issues with slow service and unprofessional staff. Some customers have complained about long wait times for their orders, as well as the staff being preoccupied with socializing rather than attending to customers. Terrible time. I ordered wings at 4 and were not done until 4:53. I couldn't be laid faster. the service was terrible on a Monday night. they all laughed hysterically and did not make any effort to cook. very rude.
I used to love this location but lately the last few times I ordered I’ve waited over an hour for the order I placed online and this past weekend the chicken I got wasn’t fully cooked.
Wings were good but had to wait over an hour to get them and the lady did not even bother to tell me there would be a long wait.
Ordered sandwich combo and arrived 30 minutes as the email stated. Waited another 50 minutes to actually get the order at the store Food was cold because it was done 30 minutes ago but nobody noticed the bag existed. TL;DR You can probably preparefour chicken sandwiches in the time it takes to get one here.
Horrible experience at this wingstop location. We got the wrong order through uber eats. I 've worked in food service I understand that things happen it 's just a mistake. So I call the location and ask to pickup my correct order. I 'm then told thatthey are unable to give me the correct order due to food cost and my only option is to go through uber eats again. Uber eatsdoesn 't redeliver the order my only option through uber eats is a refund. I tried to explain that I wouldn 't refund the order Ijust wanted the correct order and can bring in the wrong order but was told again that this was impossible due to food cost .Imagine going to eat in person and receiving the wrong order and then going back to the counter due to it being wrong and beingtold your only options are refund and they can 't remake your order due to food cost. Absolutely ridiculous and I have a hardtime believing that is wing stops official corporate policy.
