Initially, it took an hour for our order to be ready. When we got home, we realized there was no ranch dressing included. The wings still had feather remnants on them. I placed an order through the app, which said it would be ready in 16-25 minutes. To be safe, I waited 30 minutes before going to pick it up, but when I arrived, they told me they were still working on it. I finally received my order 47 minutes later. What's the point of pre-ordering if they only start preparing it when you get there?

Among all the Wingstop locations in Tucson, this one definitely has the smallest wings. The food tastes great, but it often arrives cold. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the small wing size makes me hesitant to return.
