I gush! Absolutely a 1 Michelin Star experience. The flavor and texture of everything I ate was exactly what it should be. Perfectly executed but creatively done as well. I've had great meals a few times but today was hamburger and brew which I love hamburgers and thinking its going to be a outstanding hamburger. Salt and more salt in the hamburger and French fries. So had the hamburger taken back because I just couldn't eat it.
