Cute cafe, great variety of bagels and cream cheese flavors. Reasonably priced. Self serve coffee station near the back with a decent selection of flavors to choose from. Minus one star only because my coffee was lukewarm at best. View all feedback.

What Jerry Sitek doesn't like about The Bagel Factory Cafe:
I stopped this morning for a Lox bagel. It was $9.53 just for one sandwich (incl tax). Even worse, the slice of tomato was the first slice from the stem end so it had an unedible knot in the middle, all 6 supersize capers were all in one bite and the chips of Lox could not have been over an ounce total.
