It can be challenging to find a good restaurant, but on Friday night we decided to stop for dinner here and we were not disappointed. Despite being short-staffed, everyone worked hard to ensure our experience was the best it could be. Overall, the service was excellent and the salad bar was well-organized and delicious as always! I have always loved Ruby Tuesday for the amazing salad bar and variety of menu options. I just visited the RT in Troy Ohio. My server was Olivia. She was absolutely exceptional! She was very kind, friendly and helpful. The manager was also very friendly with all the guests making sure they were well satisfied and well taken care of. This restaurant is under new management and it shows. It's back to the RT I am used to!
They were very short staffed but our food was hot, delicious and cooked perfectly. Our waitress Kim was kind, attentive and very clearly a hard worker. Haven't had Ruby Tuesday's in a long while and this one didn't disappoint.
