A recent visit to a KFC in Troy revealed a mix of experiences, primarily marred by inconsistent service. With many menu items unavailable, including chicken gizzards and tenders, diners were left disappointed. The pandemic’s impact lingered with a lack of buffets and rising prices, prompting some patrons to leave without ordering. Confusion about dining options persisted as staff failed to communicate the drive-thru-only policy effectively. While some appreciated the friendly service and tasty food, others were left longing for clearer communication and a reliable dining experience. This location’s current need for management may reflect these ongoing challenges.
The restaurant is always clean, and the service is excellent—staff greet you with big smiles and are quick to attend to your needs.
Will this place ever go out of business? Just curious. This isn't a bash on this particular restaurant it's just like enough already with constant gross chicken joints on every corner. Just go support local there's much better stuff out there.
This is one of the rare KFC buffets I've come across. Unfortunately, the buffet area was closed during my visit, but I have enjoyed their buffet before. The food was tasty, the service was exceptional, and the restaurant was well-maintained.
The food at KFC is simply unbeatable! It's always delicious. As for accessibility, the restaurant is wheelchair friendly.
