During my visit, there was a mix-up with my order. I informed the staff, and they promptly corrected it. Since then, I haven't faced any issues and have enjoyed excellent customer service along with delicious food. I'm pleased that they proved to me that the poor service was just an isolated incident, not the norm. View all feedback.

There was a LONG line. We waited but they refused to make anything fried tenders or make a milkshake. We did show up through the drive thru 20 minutes before they closed. JS View all feedback.
40 minutes is much too long to wait for burgers. if nobody else is there. drive them thru people even began to come due to slow slow service.
We ordered 2 big breakfast sandwiches. One was not toasted at all and the other just barely.
It took 20 minutes just to get a milk shake. First they wanted to give me half of a regular cup size and when they brought me my shake it was 3 4 of a cup. Service on this day was simply embarassing.
I had a fantastic dining experience with a southern flair, and the staff were very friendly. I used to go to Burger King all the time, but now I've found a new favorite spot!
