The line was a bit long but they moved it pretty well. The staff was very friendly at the window!!
I feel bad for the two workers yesterday, they did the best they could with an extremely long never ending line. They deserve a raise! This Dunkin has been my favorite but the owner management needs to figure something out before all what's left of the employees are gone.
Ordered on the Dunkin app and chose the walk In options, as I didn’t want to get stuck in a drive thru lane on a Saturday. When I arrived and parked, both doors to the store were locked. It was noon and they had not yet even opened the lobby. I had no choice but to get into the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes and only 2 cars in front of me had moved. There were maybe 7 or eight more cars, so I decided to leave without my coffees that I had already paid for. Hopefully I can get my $10 back. Absolutely the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had
Ordered a sausage egg and cheese, and a snacking bacon at drive thru. Paid got a bag. Drove 2 miles and found there were 3 Boston cream donuts, looked at receipt and it showed 3 donuts, so I got someone else's order. But I could not go back and werntto another dunkin to get sandwich. Tried for 45min to call store (6 times) no answer. I will be calling corporate. This ishappening to much these days. ALWAYS check your order.
Very disappointed with costumer service especially finding out the assistant manager was so rude first they should greet the costumer she didn't when I ask where can I stand to put in my order she hush me because she was on headset then she told me Ihad to wait which I didn't have a problem with but when I said hello she dismissed me this was my first visit to this locationher name is Kim I decided to leave because costumer service is important and I didn't feel welcomed so why would we spend ourmoney here
