The great creativity and presentation was done wonderfully. However, this tipping before we get our food and service is out of hand. I’m not a fan of being forced to tip 20% at the time of order. This should be an option . It put a bad taste in my mouth before I actually enjoyed my treat. And I expected the ice cream to be so amazing I’d want to come back.
