We had dinner and breakfast in this restaurant. The service was excellent with very efficient friendly staff both for evening and morning. More staff than I’ve witnessed in other hotels no cost cutting here. Would v much recommend this
Unfortunately, I went to the Jules restaurant at the Trim Hotel yesterday (26/04/24), where the waitresses are completely unprepared for the job, they don 't know what they 're doing there. My friend and I ordered our drinks after many, many attempts. When the drinks were delivered we already knew what we were going to order, but even so the waiter said he would come back to take our order, which didn 't happen. After many, many attempts, we managed to place our order, so we relaxed, because the place is TENSE. When we were starving, after 45 mins of waiting for our order, we tried to talk to the clumsy staff of the restaurant, and realized that our order never made it to the kitchen. All the tables around us had already eaten their dessert. Then the manager intervened, belatedly, as flustered as all the staff. Everyone banging heads with no idea what they were doing in that place. I got the distinct impression that they were random people trying to figure out how to work in a restaurant. Lamentable! I don 't recommend this restaurant and I won 't return.
