During a road trip, I accidentally found this restaurant and was prepared to just have a bowl of chips for dinner. To my pleasant surprise, they were offering a delicious vegan ratatouille special. It seemed like they make sure to have at least one vegan/vegetarian option each night, so others may have the same luck as I did!
