I ordered one of the specials, Florida's grouper, and since I've had grouper in Florida many times, I was really looking forward to it here in Michigan. Unfortunately, it was tough and chewy, almost like rubber. I didn't want to make it awkward, so I tried to eat some of it anyway. My husband's fettuccine was also tough.
