The good: nice staff, newer carts. nice clubhouse, back nine is decent with a good amount of water mixed in, fairways and greens were in pretty good shape. The bad: about 75% of the tee boxes are absolute garbage with a lot of bare ground. It looks like they are sodding some of them, but the sod appears to be normal blue grass that will likely never be able to be cut short enough for a tee box. No beverage cart. Fron...
