Neapolitan pizza is now everywhere, but Trapani pizza is a specialty, a variant that you may like or not, but in my opinion it should be known because it is exceptional and worthy of the Protected Designation of Origin. Characterized by a firm and fragrant dough, a thorough cooking, abundant seasoning and rigorously cut into squares, it is a delicacy, whatever flavor you choose. The most typical is the rianata , an almost white pizza because it has no tomato sauce, but rather with chopped cherry tomatoes, flavored with garlic, parsley, grated pecorino cheese, salted sardines and oregano, the ingredient that gives it its name. Very tasty. Also worth trying are the vastatase potatoes (which means vulgar , slightly spicy baked potatoes topped with tomatoes and stringy mozzarella! The spartan service with paper tablecloth and disposable cups is also rigorously typical, as is the patience of those waiting. For this reason it is advisable to book. It has to be taken into consideration but it is absolutely worth it! However, the staff were very quick and attentive, even though the place was crowded. Congratulations and thanks again!
Pizzeria recommended by everyone, perhaps the most popular in Trapani! Pizza different from the others but really good! Try it if you can!
We chose Japanese pizza and Capricciosa pizza and they are really very good, I recommend going there
