I absolutely love having lunch at Jam Cafe in Tralee! The food is outstanding, and the Christmas decorations add a cheerful touch that brightens the place during these gloomy days. It feels like a charming escape from everyday life! With tasty dishes, a cozy atmosphere, a fantastic shop, and stunning surroundings, I highly recommend it! Absolutely adore it! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Jam Cafe:
I placed my order and took a seat, but my food never arrived. After asking a staff member, it finally came out looking lukewarm and unappetizing. Poor value—definitely won’t be returning. View all feedback.
I visited ballyseedy Raheen sat Oct Firstly no digital cert proof requested and no contact number either...Natalia (I got her name later from other staff member) took my breakfast order I sat with my friend ..after approx mins no sign of breakfast...or even coffee. I enquired and was told by other member of staff ..oh sorry..I eventually got my breakfast mins later it was warm so just cooked so they had forgotten my earlier order. The waitress brought it over and I asked for cutlery..she went to get it ..in the meantme Natalia came over leaned very close to me with her mask well below her nose and asked what I wanted. I thought she was going to apologise for delay in my order but when I said I'm waiting for cutlery she pointed to where cutlery was that I had to get it myself..she was so confrontational. No apology at all. The waitress brought my cutlery over had no issue but Natalia then said in a very cynical manner still leaning far too close to me..anything else I can get you ! I told her to move back from me and pull her mask over her nose.. she replied abruptly it keeps slipping.. so I said just tighten it as l said mine never slips... what a horrible person ..she was in jeans and shirt very casual. She doesn't seem to have any customer related skills and was going around like a headless chicken !! I won't be going here again or recommending it to any of my friends. I haven't experienced this before but I notice the staff has changed. Natalia is in the wrong position cos she has this agressive confrontational attitude just a horrible girl. Other customers were looking on horrified by her behaviour.
Was staying in Cork with friends and decided to venture out of the city to Carrigaline. Stopped in here for lunch and was welcomed warmly at the door by a girl named Aoife. Food was amazing and so fresh. Staff were so helpful and friendly...and couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely be recommending to friends and hopefully return again soon.
Arrived to the cafe with a family of at and was given menu to order lunch. I brought the menu to the table for the family to choose their food. When I returned to the counter less than minutes later I was...told that the kitchen was closed. Even though it was advertised to be open until Disappointing to say the least.
The Garden centre is a great place to drop into for gifts, or a browse. There is a lovely cafe -Jam. Cakes. The centre is child friendly and play outdoors
We visited the Garden Centre for the first time today and had an excellent experience. The staff, especially Isaac, were incredibly welcoming. The menu boasts a great variety of high-quality dishes at affordable prices, all beautifully presented. We enjoyed a tasty large hot chicken wrap with chips, along with two of the best coffees we've had in quite a while, all for just €22. I highly recommend this spot!
