Super quality food I took a burger a glass, fries and a sundai everything for 11,60€ it was a very good quality burger bread that I enjoyed a little less fries but I will come back one thing is sure
Wow, what a disappointment! I've never experienced such unfriendly service. I ordered a falafel, expecting it to be exactly as described on the menu—falafel balls, homemade hummus, vegetables, and salad. Instead, it arrived soaked in a white garlic yogurt sauce. Since I can't have dairy, I asked for a replacement, but despite my clear explanation, the staff didn't understand what I wanted. When the new wrap arrived, it had just a few falafel balls and a small amount of hummus—no vegetables at all. It looked pathetic. I asked my partner to return it once more, and he came back with a wrap that had only three spinach leaves added. The manager even yelled at him, unfairly blaming me. Meanwhile, my boyfriend’s falafel wrap was overflowing with salad and vegetables. Why is it so hard to get a simple order right? To top it all off, they charged €5 for this awful meal. The restaurant itself felt cold and unwelcoming, with a depressing seating area. Avoid this place!
Went here last night around 12. Greeted by a lovely gentleman and looked after our order so kindly. We will be back. Food was only devine also.
I have been a regular at Abrakebabra for years, and this weekend I visited the Tralee branch where I tried a pulled pork burger meal from their new menu. It was delicious and offered great value for money. The customer service was outstanding—staff were attentive and welcoming. We were in a group, and the staff were very accommodating, with a wide variety of options from the new menu to suit everyone. I also noticed the restaurant has been refurbished; it looks fantastic and much more inviting. The new counter and menu really enhance the overall experience. I will definitely be returning for their tasty food and excellent customer service.
