I had some fantastic gluten-free pizza here! I've been eating gluten-free for 8 years, so I know what I'm talking about. However, it would be even better if the crust were cooked thoroughly. It needs to be crispy on the bottom. Gluten-free dough takes longer to cook than regular dough, so it's important to check by lifting an edge to ensure the bottom isn't still soggy.
