It was super busy when we stopped during post-holiday travel, but the sweet barista was so kind! I didn’t catch her name-but she told me she had a huge order of several hot white mochas and that our order was up next! It’s rare to find a friendly smiling SB barista these days—-loved my experience despite the crowd inside! The drive-thru line had at least 15 cars wrapped outside too. View all feedback.

Not good at all. Waited at the counter several minutes to finally have someone come out to wait on me. Ordered then went to take a seat. Table was dirty and gross so went to the bathroom to dampen some napkins to wash table down. The bathroom was horrendous. Feces all over the toilet and smelled awful.
