Our family was on the way to lights on the lake. We decided to grab some coffee and donuts while enjoying some Christmas lights. It was 20 minutes before closing and they put a fresh pot of decaf on for us. Read off all the remaining donuts/munchkins they had left for the day. Very personable and friendly. You would figure a company in the business of selling coffee wouldn't try to ensure every one of their customers end up with diabetes. I order a coffee with cream and sugar they put a quarter cup of sugar. You ask to substitute for caramel swirl they assume you meant 4 caramel swirls. I love coffee but I hate when it's like a bottle of syrup. It'll be a while before I go back. View all feedback.
