We ate at this wonderful restaurant when visiting our son in Toulouse. It’s in the Carmes area which is full of great places to eat. I’m glad our son steered us to this one. The service was friendly and warm. The menu is small and if you read it it’s hard to imagine the ingredients working sometimes. The dishes, however, are delicious.
