Went here at 11. It said it has AC inside. Didn't feel it at all. But greatly felt the smoke of cigarettes coming from outside. Ordered two Cappuccino. Burnt beans, and half of the cup was filled with whipped cream. When inserted a spoon to at least reach the coffee, the coffee burst out from the bottom spilling all over the plate and table.
