the load was empty when I asked on a weekday. I ordered kiwami saltramen. I like Char-siu gay most. (it used to contain a lot of Char-siu pork, but now it contains only one that is a cane. Honestly, I'm not a fan of this Michelin-star ramen restaurant. The broth isn't as flavorful as what I'm used to, and it's not pork based but salt based. The noodles were indeed cooked to perfection, and the ingredients used were all natural, which might explain the bland-than-usual flavour I'm used to.
