This is a vegetarian cafe/bistro and they are proud to say they use as much local produce and foods as they can. If you sit down the back you can see all the food being prepared and there are things to keep the kids occupied too. I had the most delicious carrot cake last time I was in there. I wouldn't usually choose a vegetarian place to eat but when taken there by friends I have to say the food has always been extremely tasty and freshly cooked and really not at all expensive. It is always busy and buzzing which means finding a seat can sometimes be problematical, but I have never been disappointed by whatever I have eaten there.
Excellent imaginative fare freshly prepared within sight of tables if you sit at the rear of the restaurant. Always feel full but comfortable and you know that your food is nutritious and tasty. Never enough room but hey that speaks for itself. If it got any bigger it might not be better. Love the buzz of the place. Child friendly at back with toys and magazines. A nice experience, thank you.
I have eaten here several times. It's a great place to eat veggie food, with good vegan options. The upfront staff serving all really friendly and are happy to help. The food I have eated there has all tasted excellent and I'd happily recommend it. It gets really busy at times, which seems to put a bit of pressure on the staff.
This longstanding vegetarian restaurant offers a variety of vegan options as well as easily adaptable dishes for vegetarians. The salads are wonderfully fresh, and the patês and salsas are delicious. The decor is pleasant and the staff is welcoming.
