I'm from Las Vegas. I visited this eatery during a stay with my sister and what a treat it was. The fish was seasoned and fried perfectly, not overly salty and just the right crunch. The collard greens were tender and the yams just sweet enough (a match made in heaven). The bush puppies, crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside also very flavorful.
