Was User at Parcae a mag?
Food was good, but portions were small. My friend ordered the ravioli for her main and it actually was a single piece of ravioli. She had to order food at another restaurant after we left. Our favourite was the tasty bread - which reminded us of savory loukamedes (Greek donuts) - warm, soft and buttery. The waffle dessert was also quite tasty and the service was good. We went to Parcae last night. A group of seven adults. Reservations were for 8:45. The menu is already pretty small but 50% of the items on the menu were sold out. Sold out??? Really? Saturday night and a restaurant of this calibre has no food? So disappointed. The server also took orders from one side of the table and didn't come to see if anyone else wanted to order food and drink so we had to call the restaurant manager over to take our order finally. Presentation was nice but food was mediocre and almost nothing available. Will never return!!
Walked in on a weeknight, not busy at all, stood there for more than 10 minutes, no staff acknowledged, so we left.
This restaurant is a fantastic find with a trendy ambiance. It may be tucked away in the hotel basement, but the unique lighting feature gives the feeling of dining in an elevated space.
For my main course, I chose the braised short ribs, which were incredibly tender and flavorful. The portion sizes were just right, leaving me feeling satisfied but not overly full. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to Parcae in the future for another memorable meal. Winterlicious continues to introduce me to amazing restaurants like this one.
