Was User at Good Fork a mag?
On the downside, the protein options in the dishes could use improvement, as they leaned heavily toward carbohydrates. Additionally, the ambiance felt a bit cramped, with tables placed too closely together.
One important note: this restaurant operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and the wait can be lengthy (around 45 minutes or more if you arrive after 10 AM). The surrounding neighborhood isn’t ideal for st... View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Good Fork:
The host was very rude and even threw a chair when we weren’t using it. The food didn't make the wait worth it and certainly didn't make up for the unprofessional behavior of the staff. View all feedback.
I had a wonderful experience with some excellent fusion cuisine that features a Middle Eastern flair. There was a slight wait for a table, but once we were seated, the service was quick. I highly recommend the Spanish Hash—it's hearty and packed with flavor. The poached eggs were perfectly runny, and the chorizo sausage added just the right amount of spice. Although my coffee was forgotten until I was nearly finished with my meal, the waitress kindly removed it from my bill. The Pistachio Muhammara was delightfully creamy and incredibly smooth.
At first, I was really frustrated with my wife for making me bike all the way from the 1 Hotel, but after sweating the whole way, I finally arrived—and it was absolutely worth it. The experience was a delight! The service was excellent, and the food was incredible. The hummus bowl was fantastic, and the pancakes were out of this world. They prepare the fruit syrup fresh, which made all the difference. And don’t miss out on the Kunefe—it's simply amazing!
We visited The Good Fork for brunch on a Sunday afternoon and had to wait about an hour to be seated. However, the food was really impressive. We sampled the Lentil Soup, Huevos Rancheros, Spanish Hash, and Red Velvet Pancakes, along with a few cocktails. While the service was a bit slow, the staff was attentive and took good care of us. The restaurant has a spacious layout and a cool vibe, making it definitely worth a visit.
For dessert, we had the KÜNEFE, a sweet and savory treat with a delightful combination of crunchy and soft textures. It was slightly sweet, but paired perfectly with our coffee. Honestly, everything we tried was a hit. I will definitely be coming back! Kid-friendliness: There’s ample space, high chairs are available, and the restrooms are spacious with changing tables.
I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday with friends, and we were quickly seated without a long wait. Our server, Brendan, was very friendly and provided outstanding service. The skillet dish was incredibly satisfying, and the eggs were cooked just right. The blueberry pancakes were delightful and quite large; I suggest asking for the thick cream on the side, as it can be a bit rich. Moreover, the restrooms were impeccably clean. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would certainly return.
