If I could, I would give this restaurant 10 stars. The service was exceptional, and each dish was unbelievably delicious. The complimentary bread was heavenly. The wedge salad will make you see iceberg lettuce in a whole new way. The flavors in every dish were perfectly balanced and truly delighted my taste buds. This is easily one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, especially the beef tartare. However, my wife thought it was a bit spicy. The iceberg wedge salad was delicious. The wild rice didn't look very appetizing, as it reminded me of maggots. Despite that, we would still rate our experience as 5 out of 5 stars!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this restaurant. Aloette was recommended to me for their burger, and I am so glad I tried it. Although there are other menu items worth trying, I noticed a lot of burgers being served. I ordered the Aloette Burger with fries and was impressed. The interior design and layout of the restaurant is very cool, and the service was excellent. The homemade bread they serve is delicious, and the burger itself was one of the best I've had in a while, I would rate it a solid 8.7 out of 10. If you are looking for a high-quality burger and fries in the downtown area, I highly recommend making Aloette a destination.
After hearing so many rave reviews about it, I wanted to try the burger. I visited on a random weekend night. The wedge salad was delicious, and I loved the textures and flavours. The fried chicken was okay; it was well-seasoned but not very juicy. The lamb skewer was mediocre and not particularly memorable. Now the burger was good, but I was disappointed. I wouldn’t rank it among the best burgers I’ve ever had in the city, definitely not in the top 5 in Toronto. The lemon meringue pie was also unremarkable. TLDR: food and cocktails were great, nice atmosphere and friendly service Started with the not espresso martini with tequila, kahlua and chocolate which was super tasty and not too sweet. The chicken was nicely crisp and the classic burger was a solid and juicy burger. Andrew, our server, was very efficient and thoughtful about how we were sharing so props to him.
