we had a table reserved for 12:00 clock. the service and the kitchen were completely overwhelmed. only after the question we got our food after 1.5 hours (13:35 hours) . in the meantime we sat over half an hour before empty jars. eating was partly cold. an apology or the like was not to be heard. at our last visit (a few years ago we didn't experience this. unfortunately no longer recommended!
