We've been loyal customers of this restaurant for years, but today's experience was disappointing. We brought my grandmother with us, and while there, she picked a crab apple from a tree, not realizing what it was. She wanted to ask an employee about the tree. Unfortunately, a middle-aged employee with blonde hair, dressed in a camp shirt, reprimanded my grandmother several times in front of others. She incorrectly claimed that the fruit was an underdeveloped apple and blamed my grandmother for picking it. Not only was she mistaken, but her attitude was also quite rude. It's disheartening to see someone speak to an elderly person in such a condescending manner. After spending over a hundred dollars today, it’s clear that the staff member thought this crab apple incident was more important than maintaining our long-standing business. We won’t be returning.
This is a lovely and welcoming spot for delicious apple cider and a variety of apple sauces. Unfortunately, they were out of donuts during my visit.
I really love this place! I often take a bus full of residents there whenever I can to enjoy their apple cider slushes and apple cider doughnuts. They're so delicious!
It’s a fantastic place to visit, with friendly service and high-quality products. However, please note that there is no public restroom available.
